Justin Piché brings disciplined execution and operational leadership to Triune Capital Partners, drawing on experience as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer and roles at ExxonMobil and Amazon.

Since entering land investment in 2021, Justin has executed over 450 land transactions and led more than 40 subdivision developments, including the sale of more then 2500 acres between 2024 and 2025. He leads a 20-person development team and specializes in entitlements, engineering oversight, and large-scale land development.

Justin holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and completed his naval training at the Naval Nuclear Power School. He is the co-host of The Ground Game Podcast, a land investing business podcast.

At Triune, Justin oversees investment strategy, deal sourcing, and project execution across the portfolio.
